- Midtown Makers, likes to work in partnership with all parts of our society. So, we have teamed up with a Local Social Enterprise by the name of Alternative Angles, which has outlets where they help and assist people with Learning Disabilities in various centres throughout Northern Ireland.
- So We, Welcome them and wish them well in helping to get themselves recognised more and hope to keep their funding coming in, selling their tested products, such as their homemade Candles & Soaps
“Alternative Angles is the brand name given to the enterprise initiative delivered as part of the Triangle Progression to Employment Service”
Our Aim is to provide the necessary support for individuals with learning disabilities to develop employment focused skills within an enterprise setting, then progress into supported employment.
For many, the enterprise aspect of the service represents the first step on their journey towards employment. By hand making these products the trainees gain a broad range of transferable soft skills required by employers such as self-esteem, teamwork, and confidence.
All profits from sales of Alternative Angles products are reinvested into the service for the benefit of the trainees.
Full fragrance list and gift boxes available on request.
